Is it possible to give only some of my agents access to Easy Ticket AI, and be billed accordingly?

Yes! Here is a step by step guide:

  1. Make a Zendesk group (here is how) for agents that should have access to Easy Ticket AI. You can name this group anything you want, for example "Easy Ticket AI access". You can also use an existing group if you already have one.
  2. Make sure all agents that you want to access Easy Ticket AI are in the group.
  3. Install Easy Ticket AI if you haven't already.
  4. In your Zendesk Admin Center, open Apps and integrations -> Zendesk Support apps -> find Easy Ticket AI under Currently Installed -> click the gear icon -> click Change settings.



  5. Check the box next to Enable group restrictions, and from the dropdown select the group you want to have access.

    Important notes:

    - At the moment we only support group restrictions, not role restrictions.
    - For now, we only support giving access to one group, not multiple groups. Please do not select more than one group under "Enable group restrictions". 


  6. Click Update. Done! From that point, only the agents in this group will have access to Easy Ticket AI, and these agents will be the only ones counted for Easy Ticket AI subscription billing. Any agents you later add or remove to this group will automatically update the number of active seats (learn more here).
