Once you grant the relevant data access permissions (simply follow the prompt after installing the app), training on your Knowledge Base and macros usually takes less than 10 minutes.
If you cannot access the product after 10 minutes, contact support@easyticket.ai and we'll resolve this for you ASAP.
Zendesk Guide articles and macros
We scan your Zendesk Guide articles and macros every 6 hours. As such, when you make an update, the AI should be using the new version no more than 6 hours later.
Past tickets
Past-ticket learning continues in the background and can take longer than the initial Knowledge Base and macro training, depending on ticket volume. Read more here.
Custom documents
Uploaded custom documents are used after upload. To update them, remove the old file and upload the new version in the app admin panel. Read more here.
