Where can I find Easy Ticket AI in Zendesk?
Easy Ticket AI is both next to the text box where agents draft and edit their replies ("editor") and in the sidebar.
If your can't see the Easy Ticket AI icon in the sidebar, it will be in the Apps view. We recommend you find it there and pin it to the sidebar for easy access. See below.
